Returns and Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to always be the best possible. Therefore, all exchanges and returns made in our store strictly follow the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and the current regulations for online purchases in Brazil.

Right of Withdrawal – 7 days

For purchases made outside of a physical store, such as on our website, the consumer has the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
During this period, you can request a return or cancellation of the purchase and receive a full refund, without needing to justify the reason.

For this, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging;
  • Without signs of use;
  • With all accessories, tags, and manuals, if applicable.

The return shipping cost is on us.

Exchange for Defect

If the product presents a manufacturing defect within up to 90 days after receipt, as established by the CDC, you can request:

  • Exchange for an identical product,
  • Exchange for another product of the same value, or
  • Refund of the amount paid.

The item will undergo technical analysis, and the completion period is up to 30 days.
If a defect is confirmed, the shipping cost will be fully covered by the store.

Exchange for Size, Color, or Preference

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen — the size may not fit or the product may not meet your expectations.
Therefore, we offer exchange for another size, color, or available product on the website within 30 calendar days after receipt.

To make an exchange, the product must be:

  • Without signs of use;
  • With original packaging and intact tags;
  • In perfect condition.

In these cases, the cost of shipping the item back to the store may be borne by the customer, and the reshipment of the new product will be at our expense (you can adjust this according to your internal policy).

Products That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

Following the law, we do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Personalized products;
  • Promotional Products or Gifts;
  • Intimate use items after packaging has been opened;
  • Products showing clear signs of improper use.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

The process is simple and quick!
Just contact us through our service channels, providing:

  • Order number;
  • Full name;
  • Reason for the request;
  • Photos of the product (when necessary).

Our team will respond with all instructions and shipping labels, where applicable.

Refund

Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used:

  • Credit card: chargeback requested from the card issuer (processing time depends on the flag).
  • Pix, bank slip, or debit: refund via bank transfer within 5 business days after approval.
