Delivery Policy
All purchases made in our store are shipped throughout Brazil by carriers or Correios (Brazilian Post Office). The average shipping time is up to 72 business hours after payment confirmation, and may be posted earlier.
The delivery time starts counting from the shipping date and may vary according to the carrier, Correios, or the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
Important Information
1. Delivery address
It is essential to correctly fill in all address details at the time of purchase. If the informed address is incomplete or incorrect, the order may be returned to the sender. In this case, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
2. Delivery time
The informed deadline begins to be counted only after the order is posted.
3. Orders on non-business days
Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day, respecting the deadline of up to 72 business hours for shipping.
4. Damaged packaging
If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is violated or damaged, the customer can refuse it and immediately contact our customer service center.
5. Absent recipient

Correios makes two delivery attempts. If there is no one to receive it, the order will be available for up to 7 calendar days at the nearest agency before returning to the sender.

In the case of carriers, two delivery attempts are also made. If unsuccessful, the order returns to the distribution center and then to the originating store.
